Campaign model

01What does LiveWireCalls deliver?+

Depending on the approved campaign, LiveWireCalls may provide consumer-initiated inbound calls, real-time form leads, booked appointments or qualified live transfers.

02Are calls and leads exclusive?+

Exclusivity is campaign-specific. Any exclusivity rule, duplicate window or resale restriction must appear in the written terms.

03Which areas can be targeted?+

Campaigns can use states, metros, counties, cities or ZIP lists, subject to vertical rules, buyer capacity and available volume.

Quality & qualification

01Who defines a qualified event?+

The buyer provides the business requirements and LiveWireCalls documents them in the campaign brief. Qualification is not assumed from a generic label.

02Can we require specific screening questions?+

Yes. Screening may include geography, age, ownership, service need, business revenue, representation status, eligibility or other approved criteria.

03How are disputes reviewed?+

The campaign terms should define evidence, time window, valid return reasons and reconciliation. Where available and lawful, call recordings or lead data support review.

Delivery & routing

01Do you support real-time bidding?+

Yes, when the buyer provides approved RTB or ping/post specifications, credentials, caps, bid behavior and test procedures.

02How are calls routed?+

Calls may route by schedule, cap, geography, service category, buyer priority and other approved logic.

03How are leads delivered?+

Lead data can be mapped to an approved CRM, webhook, API or other buyer endpoint after successful test posts.

Launch & scaling

01How quickly can a campaign launch?+

Timing depends on a complete brief, commercial agreement, source and creative approval, technical readiness and successful test events.

02Is there a minimum test?+

Test structure depends on the vertical and economics. A controlled cap is recommended so both sides can review quality before scaling.

03Can volume be guaranteed?+

No. Volume changes with geography, pricing, seasonality, source availability, qualification strictness and consumer demand.
